John and Julie started out with a few serving tables, a commerical roaster and a passion for food and entertaining!
We have always been known for our hand pulled pork and homemade bbq sauce, but that is just the beginning. John has served foods from filet mignon and sauted asparagus to Oriental stir fry.
We travel to your location, set up, and serve therefore leaving you, the host, free to entertain.
